Cancellations/No-shows: If you need to adjust or cancel an appointment please provide us with a 24 hour notice to avoid a service charge. Repeated no-shows and cancellations may require a credit card to reserve any future appointments.
Return Policy: Your satisfaction is very important to us. Any hair products that are defective or your unhappy with may be returned within 2 days for an exchange or full refund.
We are unable to refund opened /used makeup.
Children/pets: A Prima Salon is not an appropriate place for children or pets. Please make arrangements for the time of your service unless your child has an appointment of their own. We reserve the right to reschedule any service should you arrive with children or pets.
